My name is Sam, a current Communications graduate student at the American University of Paris. Originally a native to the Southern Maryland, much of my research has focused on the food systems of that area. Additionally, I’ve done field work in Jura on French Comte cheese under the direction of Dr. Christy Shields. I am currently located in Sicily working in Communications for the Anna Tasca Lanza cooking school, which I am hoping will expand my breadth of research of better understanding alternative food systems.
